We have had to have a new charging port sent, yet, today, there seem to be .ore issues. We're considering returning it for repairs or a refund

This scooter was a refurbished one and the only thing I can find wrong with it was the glass was broken on the screen for the modes and there was some white stuff on the top of the front light. Outside of these two minor things I looks great 👍😃👍

Love the battery life, gets me to work everyday without a single problem.

I have owned this scooter for a few months, and it truly awesome. I enjoy my ride to work now, and I save so much money since I'm not paying for gas. It's compact size and weight also makes it great for taking it on a bus or train. I also recommend buying one refurbished because you can save some money and still get an amazing scooter.

Took it out with my 13 year old to show him where I went to college, rode nonstop for 3 hours and still had over half the power. Brake line came off but watched one of the many awesome videos and was back up and running in 3 mins. Just buy it!!!

The scooter is so fun. Feels solid and well made. Fits nicely in my trunk when folded and easy to carry. Glad I got a refurbished one. I think it was just open box because there was less than a mile on the odo and the condition seems new.
Only two concerns so far.
First, it’s hard to fold, but I think it'll loosen up after a few folds and unfolds. If not, I’ll put a little wd-40 and it should be fine.
Second, I contacted customer support and they replied, but I haven’t heard anything since my last reply a couple of days ago. Hoping, just an honest oversight. We’ll see.

My refurbished Emove touring scooter came with 6 month warranty. After 5 month of regular use, the motor and controller broke so needed to be changed. VoroMotors customer service sent me the replacement very quickly and I was very happy with that. While I was dealing with the replacement email, they told me that I could extend the warranty BEFORE it was expiring. Apparently I was supposed to get the extending warranty email when I purchased my scooter, but unfortunately all I received was the purchase receipt and not the warranty email. Since I was kind of the rush to purchase the extending warranty plan (because my original warranty was almost expiring) I contact to the VoroMotors chat help line and I was told to contact to 'Extend' directly....Extend kept on saying I was not able to purchase extending warranty before the warranty expires because it needed to be purchased on the purchase of the scooter.... so I have to go back to the VoroMotors customer service to explain what I was told and they finally emailed me the direct link to add the warranty period (so I was able to purchase 2 year more!).
I recommend to add warranty period especially when you consider buying the refurbished model, and do make sure that you receive the warranty email on your purchase (that will stop the confusion like me later on!). Unfortunately 'Extend' has no idea what was going on in regards to the adding warranty period, so I suggest to contact to VoroMotors directly if there are any problems because their customer service is excellent!!
