I will be writing a Google review as well about the horrible service that I receive from your company. I ordered the brakes and immediately after contacted you to cancel the order due to financial situation. I talked to three different people, and they assured me that it wouldn't be sent. You guys still sent it anyway, I have all of emails and text messages , I will be posting all of it on Google. Horrible how you treat people I've bought two scooters from you in two years both Emove cruisers and this is what I get from you. I will never Buy another scooter from you again.

Received the e-scooter in great condition, had a blast on it, this is what I wanted small compact where I can flat foot, imma short guy 5'2 and this was perfect, better then my ebike. I was able to hit 38mph on smooth road and 41mph downhill . I recommend this for anybody especially for it's price range! My ebike was about 1600$ and this by far was better in anyway! Only cons is the foot peg was stripped and the brake could be better but easy fix :) shipping was fast! 2 days!

EMOVE RoadRunner V2 Seated Electric Scooter

I purchased my Fiido Q1S with suspension from Voro and absolutely love it! It’s my main transportation to and from work. Absolutely love it! I’m 5’2” and my Hubby is 6ft and it’s very comfortable. it’s great because of the weight limit too because we are not tiny people. Bummed that Voro no longer carry's them because we want to buy a 2nd one. I now have to order directly from Fiido. I’ve had it for two years.

The last two instances have been nothing but stressful as my 15 year old son drives his Cruiser everywhere. However, the team at VORO always responded within a timely manner. There techs have consistently answered all my questions and their customer service is always great. Every product has been matched perfectly and when needed they’ve even done video calls to assist me in troubleshooting. Great Team!

Crazy fast 300 miles no issues battery little disappointing 34 miles going over 50 but she rips fr great purchase!

Even though the 48V Controller was no problem and everything plugged in perfectly. The only problem is that the 500W Hub Motor (Rear) for my Roadrunner V2 is going through issues and making noises that concern me. So I had wrote an email to be able to ask for a replacement based on the fact that I still have a warranty valid.

I had a few none issues after watching the video. It would be nice to have a battery charging indicator but besides that having a blast scooting around with my kids and their scooters.

This web site is a scam. I received a defective scooter. When you call for service it's always a recording followed by a prompt to leave a voice mail. When they call back they make it sound as of you've never contacted them rest assured I've filed a complaint with my credit card vendor. My suggestion is do not buy anything from these folks. There is no support, none. Stay away as far as you can.

Ordered 2 tires and only received 1 they took 2 weeks and 4 days to ship me 1 tire just keep that in mind

I ordered and paid for a self selling tire. They sent me a standard tire. Contacted them and they sent me the correct tire. Although my scooter was almost down for 2 weeks, they did make it right.

This is my first E-moto! Absolutely love it! So glad I went with E Ride Pro SS vs other options on the market!! I have had an absolute blast riding this bike! VORO MOTORS rocks!! Super fast shipping and excellent communication!

800 miles and the front hub motor has 10 % and makes a crazy noise win you first take off it jumps like it’s going to go backwards. The front motor just don’t do anything win it’s in 2 wheel drive .the customer service team is a joke it took 15 day when I ordered a replacement tire after I canceled the order 5 xs to get her I talked to 5 different people they wouldn’t cancel my order do note but a scooter from them wolf king gt is junky vora motor I’m very disappointed wolf king gt is junky
