These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER
Riding an electric scooter or electric bike involves inherent risks, including serious injury, property damage, or death, even when used as intended. By purchasing and/or using a 2Wheelers Pte Ltd product, you:
Assume All Risks– The Customer understands and acknowledges that riding an electric scooter or electric bike or usage of parts and accessories involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and even death. These risks occur even when the scooter or electric bike or usage of parts and accessories is used as intended.The Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with the use of the electric scooter or electric bike or usage of parts and accessories, even if arising from the negligence of the Company or others, and assumes full responsibility for their participation.
Release & Waive Liability– To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release 2Wheelers Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners (“Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, or injuries related to your use of the product.
Indemnify Us– You agree to defend and indemnify the Released Parties from any claims by you or third parties arising from your product use or breach of these Terms.
Maintain the Product– You are responsible for routine maintenance and ensuring the product is safe to operate.
Comply with All Laws– You agree to follow all local, state, and federal regulations governing electric scooter/bike use.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Some of our products are offered exclusively online and may be available in limited quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may be updated from time to time without prior notice. We may also set limits on purchases based on customer location or other factors.
While we aim to ensure our products and services meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee this in every instance or that all errors will be corrected immediately.
SECTION 5 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In no case shall 2Wheelers Pte Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 2Wheelers Pte Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 9 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 10 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration– Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use, or ownership of a 2Wheelers Pte Ltd product, including the validity, enforcement, or interpretation of these Terms (“Disputes”), shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.
Process:
Notice– Before starting arbitration, you must send us a written notice of the Dispute by email to legal@voromotors.com and certified mail to:2Wheelers Pte Ltd, Attn: Legal Department, 12 Marina Boulevard, #01-03A, Singapore, 018982.The notice must describe the Dispute and the relief sought. We will do the same if we have a Dispute with you.
Rules & Forum– Arbitration will be administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) under itsConsumer Arbitration Rules(available at https://siac.org.sg/). One neutral arbitrator will preside.
Location & Language– Arbitration will take place in Singapore, or by video conference if agreed. Proceedings will be in English.
Costs– SIAC rules will govern payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees. We will not seek attorneys’ fees unless your claims are found frivolous.
Class Action Waiver–You and 2Wheelers Pte Ltd agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis.No class, collective, or representative actions are permitted.
The Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.
Manufacturer-Specific Disputes
Certain products sold by 2Wheelers Pte Ltd are manufactured by third parties and may be subject to their own warranty terms, limitations, and dispute resolution procedures. If you purchase a product that is branded, manufactured, or supplied by a third party (for example, Rawrr electric dirt bikes), you agree that:
Primary Responsibility– Any disputes, warranty claims, product defect allegations, or other claims related to the design, manufacture, or performance of that product must be directed to the product’s manufacturer, not 2Wheelers Pte Ltd.
Scope of 2Wheelers Pte Ltd’ Role– 2Wheelers Pte Ltd’ obligations are limited to the sale and delivery of the product as described in your order confirmation. 2Wheelers Pte Ltd is not responsible for manufacturing defects, design issues, or product recalls initiated by the manufacturer.
Effect on Arbitration– If a dispute properly falls under the manufacturer’s responsibility, you agree to follow that manufacturer’s dispute resolution process instead of initiating arbitration or legal action against 2Wheelers Pte Ltd.
SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version to our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
