I don’t know anything about the scooter but JENKIN walk me to every step that I need to set up. Very friendly stuff. It’s not just the scooter it’s the service. It’s great to have a person to talk to not chat.

This is my first scooter and I had zero experience riding one before I purchased. Overall the unit feels solid, the ride is stable, suspension feels nice, brakes are powerful, the screen is easy to read and performs very well in direct sunlight. My only criticism is the headlight is like a laser beam and not really very good for riding in really dark areas. As a 6' 2'' 240 lbs rider I wasn't expecting much in terms of overall speed and range but to my surprise it is still very quick and easily gets to 36 mph. So far I have ridden 45 miles and still have 30% battery left. So as far as the advertised 60 mile range, it is very close at least for me being a bigger rider.
I pre-ordered mid May and the unit shipped mid June. Once shipped I had it within 1 business day. Packaging could use a little work, in transit the tire rubbing on the styrofoam and then the inside of the box almost wore a hole through but nothing inside was damaged.
All in all so glad I did not buy a cheaper scooter from amazon.
Brakes, Bosch motors and the Samsung battery justify the price.
PMT tires would be a great addition to round out an already amazing scooter.

So i know that this scooter discontinue at Voromotor but I still want to write my second review for it. The first few month scooter really pull with the motor and it have no trouble climb hill. But it start wobble at 37 to 40 plus. And also the stock finger throttle really uncomfortable. I start to change to stock finger throttle to thumb throttle and my hand feel so much better when rev it. The wobble problem are gone until i have to modding extra steering damper that for Teverun Blade GT 2 model on this scooter. After that the scooter run as smooth as possible, sometime i just zone out while riding it. I don't recommended mod steering damper at all as it will change the structure integrity of this model and also risk that you can get the tap broken and stuck inside the neck where you suppose to make a hole on. It took me awhile to fix that mistake. Do i recommended this scooter as first buyer. I don't think so. Because the Blade GT II model was much better option and value. But i still love this model personally, because there are something about it compact frame, carbon fiber, that touched my heart. Thank Voromotor for amazing scooter, atleast for me.

This scooter feel like im riding a cloud this thing is fast and takes off only problem is the led lights on the scooter came defective but everything else works good and rides perfectly good and motors works good also the breaks are insane they almost made me flip fowerd then I learned that i gotta lean back to break never been this impressed about a scooter also i fixed the led by resting the scooter i been enjoying my eletric scooter

Man, I just received the scooter today and it was a piece of art. Have not yet test drive it but i am sure I will forget how to walk, lol. The suspension make me feel like I was step on a cloud that is crazy.

This scooter is amazing! I only gave it 4 stars because there was a lack of information on how to unlock its full potential, the ruber mat on the deck easily peeled up on one side, and the head light is weak. As for unlocking it, once you pull the break and see the word "Ready" in green, you need to pass the green keyfob over the middle of the screen until the word "Ready" is in red. Then hang on for dear life lol. This think has some kick. There is a setting in the app, its like a traction control, it puts it in safe mode so if you are running both Motors the scoot won't try to take off out from under you. The LEDs are sick and have a ton of color combos. The integrated handel bar turn signals make early morning rides in Queens feel safer. The suspension is smooth and the steering is good. Also, my weight is above the max capacity and this thing still hit 38 mph. Seriously happy with my purchase. Thank you Voro for talking me through my options while I was trying to make a decision! You guys nailed it for me! Killer customer service for sure!
