You’ll be the central nervous system across inventory, logistics, customer service, fulfillment, and process improvement. When something breaks, you don’t just notice — you own it, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
 
🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Oversee all ops functions: fulfillment, inventory flow, customer escalations, logistics
- Spot bottlenecks in real time — and eliminate them before they turn into fires
- Manage KPIs across departments and hold teams accountable (no passengers)
- Coordinate launches and new product rollouts with inventory and marketing
- Ensure SOPs are being followed (and updated when broken)
- Escalate only when you’ve tried solving it yourself
💡 What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in e-comm or DTC)
- Experience running remote or cross-functional teams
- Super strong with systems: spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented to a fault — you catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
- Bias for action. You don’t ask “who’s fixing this?” — you are.
