    Customer Support Rep Who Actually Cares

    Location: Remote (U.S. timezone strongly preferred) 
    Type: Full-Time 
    Comp: Hourly + Performance Bonus + Growth Opportunity

     

    🛠 About the Role

    We sell electric scooters and bikes — but what we really deliver is peace of mind. That only happens when support is fast, sharp, and personal. We’re looking for someone who treats every customer as if their own paycheck depends on it — because it does. If you need hand-holding, this ain’t the gig. If you own it when someone’s mad, stuck, or lost — we want you.

     

    🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

    • Reply to customers fast across live chat, email, phone, and SMS
    • Troubleshoot issues confidently — from “my tire’s flat” to “how do I pair my app?”
    • Process returns, warranty claims, and help tickets with accuracy and urgency
    • Follow up before we have to chase you down
    • Stay cool when a customer’s hot (we’ve all been there)

    ✅ What We Expect

    • 2+ years in customer support, help desk, or e-commerce
    • Excellent written English (if you type like you talk, you won’t last here)
    • You read the customer, not just the script
    • You respond fast — not 2 hours later, not after lunch
    • You don’t escalate until you’ve tried to solve it yourself

    🚫 What We Don’t Want

    • “Clock in, clock out” mindset
    • Excuse-makers and ghosters
    • People who vanish mid-ticket
    • People who see this as a "stepping stone" job

    • Know Zendesk, Gorgias, or any other modern helpdesk software
    • Have handled warranty or repair issues before

    Inventory Analyst (Forecast & PO Execution)

    Time zone: 9am to 6pm PST

    🔍 About the Role

    We're VoroMotors — one of the leading electric scooter & bike brands in the U.S. We move fast, we innovate fast, and we sell fast. But we need YOU to keep us in stock so we don’t lose customers. This isn’t a “sit and analyze” job — this is a do the math, send the PO, and solve the problem kind of role.

     

    🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

    • Maintain 90-day rolling forecasts across our core SKUs
    • Monitor sales trends, stock levels, and incoming shipments to prevent stockouts
    • Trigger and follow up on purchase orders like clockwork
    • Work directly with suppliers to confirm lead times and ETAs — no ghosting allowed
    • Own the stockout report — if it’s empty, you’re winning. If it’s red, we need answers.
    • Communicate with ops, marketing, and leadership so we’re always 3 steps ahead

     

    ✅ What We Expect

    • 2+ years in inventory forecasting, planning, or supply chain analysis
    • Solid with Excel or Google Sheets (we don’t need a formula genius, but no amateurs)
    • Sharp sense of urgency — knows how to get shit done fast
    • Proactive communicator: flags issues early, doesn't hide when things go sideways
    • Obsessed with accuracy and keeping the business flowing

     

    🚫 What We Don’t Want

    • People who wait for instructions
    • People who need to be reminded 3 times
    • People who don’t own their mistakes
    • People who say “I didn’t know it was urgent”

     

    🔥 Bonus Points If You...

    • Have experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce
    • Worked with brands doing 8-9 figures in physical products
    • Know how to manage multiple vendors in China or Asia timezone

    • POs locked in within 48 hours of trigger thresholds
    • Supplier delays caught and communicated before they become a fire

    Operations Manager Who Actually Solves Problems

    Location: LA or Remote (PST overlap required) - Can be overseas, as long as you can show clearly you have run teams remotely. 
    Type: Full-Time 
    Comp: Base Salary + Bonus tied to execution

     

    🛠 What This Role Is Really About

    We don’t need someone to just “oversee” operations. We need a results-driven executor who gets into the trenches, finds weak points, and fixes them — fast. If you can’t get your hands dirty, this isn’t the job for you.

    You’ll be the central nervous system across inventory, logistics, customer service, fulfillment, and process improvement. When something breaks, you don’t just notice — you own it, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

     

    🎯 Your Responsibilities

    • Oversee all ops functions: fulfillment, inventory flow, customer escalations, logistics
    • Spot bottlenecks in real time — and eliminate them before they turn into fires
    • Manage KPIs across departments and hold teams accountable (no passengers)
    • Coordinate launches and new product rollouts with inventory and marketing
    • Ensure SOPs are being followed (and updated when broken)
    • Escalate only when you’ve tried solving it yourself

    💡 What You Need to Succeed

    • 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in e-comm or DTC)
    • Experience running remote or cross-functional teams
    • Super strong with systems: spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting
    • Detail-oriented to a fault — you catch the small stuff before it becomes big stuff
    • Bias for action. You don’t ask “who’s fixing this?” — you are.

    🚫 What We Don’t Want

    • Delegators with no follow-up
    • People who can’t track tasks or drop balls in chaos
    • You let problems sit in Slack for a day
    • “Talkers” with no results
    • Anyone scared of confrontation — this job requires directness

    • Have scaled operations for a DTC or logistics-heavy business
    • Have used ERPs, Shopify, ShipHero, Gorgias, etc.
    • Understand how to balance margin vs. service
    • Know warehouse systems, ERPs, or Shopify backend ops
    • Can manage teams across time zones
    • Are calm under pressure — and ruthless with inefficiencies
