All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 3 business days of delivery and will not incur a restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 10% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with more than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. Final Sale items do not qualify for returns or refunds. Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
All refunds will be issued in the form of gift cards.
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion electric scooters, and E Ride E-Bikes purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy while Final Sale products do not come with warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

The gift card art of my initial transaction was fine, the part I was having issues with is the loan I as approved for the remaining balance and using this loan plus the gift card together to finish the transaction. it was honestly stressing me out to the point that I almost gave up. But in the end, it all worked out and the shipping was extremely fast, I ordered on Saturday and I received the bike on the following Tuesday. Just 4 days which is unprecedented.

So after all my looking and investigating into what I wanted and what's out there, and believe me it's clear as mud when it comes to all the scooters and companies out there. I decided on my crusier s for long range and plainly it's a fun to ride. Voro motors definitely a+ when it comes to questions if I need them or have them. Check them out you won't be disappointed!

LONG LIVE VORO MOTORS!!! I absolutely adore my wolf king GT pro. There was a bumpy start in the purchasing process.
With the third party fraud detection partner. Frustrated as heck, after unsuccessful attempts, I would call in with questions and/or concerns, in not the best of moods. But they had patience with my 40-50 calls and emails 😆being professional (and timely may I add) in every one of them. Because I was slightly inconvenienced, as a courtesy they UPS Overnighted my baby to me. Once I saw it, there was love at first sight. Gold with street tires...OMG🤯 Best 3 racks I've ever spent... Voro motors, is the choice of champions!!! The technical service, customer service, and courtesy...second to none!!!

There are so make scooters out there. So many tiers of scooters blaring so many specs with prices that match a scooter with similar specs. The moment I pulled the throttle and rode that first time I was sold. The Wolf Warrior 11 plus FEELS safe. It handles like a scooter should that can reach fifty odd miles per hour. It took me three scooters to get here. It may be help to those reading this, sifting through specs and reviews, this scooter is fast but doesn't have that unwieldy uncertainty my other high end scooters have. I'm not gonna carry it down the stairs like I could with those. It's big. Doesn't fit exactly the same way in the office as the old one but that is NOT a complaint. Love it. Absolutely love it.
