What you paid is the price of your scooter or bike after any discount code, not counting tax or shipping.
The Black Friday price is the lowest price we sell the same model and configuration for, like the same battery size and color, from the first day of the sale through Cyber Monday.
If the Black Friday price isn't lower than what you paid, there's nothing to credit.

Your credit is tied to the email address on your order. Sign in with it at checkout, enter the one-time code we send you, and your credit is applied.

Good for 12 months
Your credit stays valid for 12 months from the day we add it.

The details
How we calculate your credit
- We start with the price you actually paid for your scooter or bike, after any discount code and before tax and shipping.
- We then find the lowest price we sell the same model and configuration for (for example, the same battery size and color) during our Black Friday sale, from the day it starts through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026. If the sale includes a public discount code anyone can use, we count the price after that code.
- If the Black Friday price is lower, we credit you the difference for each one you keep. If it isn't lower, there's nothing to credit.
Good to know
- Price protection covers the price only. It doesn't include free gifts, bundles, or financing offers that come with the Black Friday sale.
- If you return or cancel your scooter or bike, we remove its credit. If you've already used the credit, we deduct that amount from your refund.
- Store credit can only be used at checkout on voromotors.com and can't be transferred to another account.
- Dealer and wholesale orders aren't eligible.
