Return
All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return.Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
Warranty
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. All other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Detailed Description
The 10 000W RoadRunner Prebuilt Kit is designed for the electric scooter builder community. If you’re a gearhead who wants to create your own scooter and maximize performance, this is a fantastic place to start. With this prebuild, you’re making a 10 000W electric scooter and can customize it how you see fit. The RoadRunner Prebuilt Kit comes with many of the same components as the EMOVE RoadRunner Tronic, but not all. Use your imagination, selecting the battery and motor controllers that you want in the seated scooter of your dreams. Square wave or sine wave controllers—that’s up to you. How much battery capacity is there? Completely your choice. This RoadRunner Kit comes fully assembled with higo connectors and includes the seated scooter frame, two 5000W VM motors, and tubeless street tires. The Prebuilt Kit is equipped with Rion-designed Curve thumbwheel, Meroca foam hand grips, braided wires, zoom hydraulic brakes, and 28” carbon fiber handlebars. Are you ready to make heads turn? We can’t wait to see what you come up with when you start with this prebuilt kit for electric scooters.
IMPORTANT: Only customers with technical experience should attempt to use this kit. This electric scooter kit does NOT include motor controllers, battery, charger, decorative acrylic side panels, or a display. The only Tronic Systems component in this kit is the Curve throttle. This is not a complete electric scooter.
NO WARRANTY: As this is a prebuilt kit and considered a custom modification project rather than a fully built electric scooter, this kit does not come with a warranty. Use of this kit is at the discretion, risk, and responsibility of the owner.
