All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

Great customer service (Gregory James) he’s the best and I will recommend to anyone who is interested into scooter’s to give these guys a call first!!! I had problems with my wolf king he talked me through trouble shooting it by email, it was the controllers thankfully and not the motors I ordered them, them came fast as usually, I opens her up and went to work she’s back on the road and running like NEW!!! Thanks you guys are the best!! Need to open store in Miami, Fl!!!!!!!
VM Has excellent customer service I was having issues on my scooter they had me explain the issue and were able to pin point the part that was bad and replaced it immediately I recomend VM to anyone looking to buy a scooter and wants to make sure that if anything goes wrong VM will Definitely have your back! This is Crucial when spending a big amount of money on a e scooter! Keep up the good work VM!
