On each scooter's page and in our website's footer, find "Schedule a Virtual Tour" to book a 30-minute video call with technical customer support to learn more about any of our electric scooters.
From the calendar, select the day, time slot, and time zone that works best for you.
Provide your contact information, select which scooters you're interested in, and click "Schedule Event".
Once booked, you'll receive an email confirmation for your virtual tour with a link to join the Google Meet web conference.
Be sure to arrive on time for your call, but please understand if your customer service representative is a few minutes late as they may be helping a previous customer.
You can use a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, and will need to grant access to a microphone and camera to join a web call for the Virtual Tour.
