The Storm Limited has limitless power, with dual 5750 W BLDC hub motors delivering up to 11500 W peak. And don’t forget about the Dualtron double-tap. Dualtron calls it the Overtaking function. When accelerating, double-tap the throttle for an extra 15A boost to zoom past riders around you. The motor controllers in the footrest have a built-in heat sink, allowing for quicker heat dissipation. Whether you like to race or just want to get around that e-bike, you’ll have more than enough to take the lead.
The Storm Limited has dual Nutt hydraulic brakes with big 160 mm rotors, which make this ultra performance electric scooter much easier to bring to a stop. Dualtron calls the 11” x 3.5” tubeless tires RSC (run flat system component) or no-flat tires, but that means they’re highly durable and puncture resistant – not puncture proof. Like most other Dualtron models, the Storm Limited comes with 45-step adjustable rubber suspension, which allows you to customize the swingarm angle, motor shaft distance, and hardness of the replaceable cartridges.
One of the biggest differences between the Storm Limited and its predecessor is the deck. The original Storm has a removable battery housed in the deck, which is covered in grip tape and can be locked into place. The Storm Limited has a rubberized deck that measures 25.5” wide and 12.75” wide and a fixed battery. With 8.1” of deck to ground clearance, you’ve got plenty of elevation to avoid road rash on your Limited edition. The footrest is covered in grip tape, giving you a little extra standing room.
