The part ordered was fine, in working condition, no issues there. The real problem is the scooter Kaabo King GTR, don’t make my mistake and buy it. The amount of issues I’ve had with this thing in less than a year of owning it are unreal. And customer support for Kaabo might as well not exist because they’re as helpful as a bull in a china shop.

Got my Daytona few weeks ago and I cant get enough of it. Built vary well! Wide handle bars and duel stem make for solid sturdy feel while riding. Love it. The scooter and I did hit the ground already and thankfully I was wearing full gear. Minimal damage to scooter and works just fine. So vary well Built! Scooter is dangerously fast! Full gear is a must. So I do need to order couple parts that just got stuffed up( I just want it to looks new again). And would like a 2nd charger for the scooter but most parts seem to be out of stock... would like to get 2nd charger and extra break pads. Along with a new side (white) plastic led housing.. please restock all the daytona parts.

Guys, reviews are GOLDEN, Customer Service is King and consumers are looking for options, people to speak to, people to ask questions on their time with someone willing to take a second to help. Voro motors came onto my radar about 2 years ago, being a NEWBEE I didn't know what to ask or what to do. I went with a INOKIM Quick 4 for my first back then. Fast forward through those 2 years, anytime I clicked on their site, looked at product, it was not a question if I would get a text or email follow up within an hour, I get it, I felt this was a tech marketing campaign that I didn't interact with. I was looking on a Sunday and was engaged by Kia through texts throughout a couple hours, he made me feel as if I made the right decision and I made the purchase and waited patiently. The scooter arrived, as expected with toms of updates and product delivered to my door with no initial issues. I had it out of the box, handlebars installed, fender installed in about 40 minutes (I didn't go Christmas Story on it). Charged it overnight and the next day after reading and learning, I wanted to reach out to Voro to assure I was in good shape and I understood the steps, they can be confusing "the first time" with how to press and when, RONEL got on text with me, asked some questions and he gave me a call back ***At my convenience*** 10 minutes on the phone and I did a short 3 mile initial ride (still no issues). I am not saying my scooter is the best of the best but I provided a lot of information on my travel, health, age, area where I live, weight and some experience of 2000 miles. For my needs to date, this is a great purchase from a AWESOME company who CARES, INTERACTS and FOLLOW'S UP. I have noticed reviews in the past of QC issues, I have not experienced any of these claims and feel that if you are in the need for a scooter, this is the TEAM to purchase from. This is my 4th roadrunner I've ever owned and it's amazing.

The bike came a few days early; I live out in the Midwest. Before delivery the truck driver called me to confirm, shipping was fully intact.
The bike itself is worth every penny, Voromotors was the cheapest US vendor by a few hundred bucks and offers great support.
Would buy from again.
