What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.

Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. In any case here is my story ;) I called to make sure parts were available then I came to pick them up and I found a gentleman there who was very fast to assist me. He was very informative! I’m Esnkaz and I review, design part for scooters and have a YouTube channel as well I’m a technician. My visit to VoroMotors was great! As I said above, service was just perfect! I presented myself as the humble person that I’m and service was 5*! Place amazing clean! Very welcoming! Easy access to building as well super easy to get there if driving just off 36th st. From Gowabus expressway. I rode my wolf warrior there and as well super easy to get to this location! I would definitely recommend VoroMotors for services Parts as well a full line of awesome scooters! Thank you guys!!!

I was super pleased that Voro had the part I needed, they found it and overnighted it to me the same day. The only frustrating aspect of the transaction was the inability to speak with a real person and the failure of the robo person I communicated with to assure me that part had been found and shipped. I needed to have faith, a lot of faith, with Voro. But they can through.
