Here are our tips and tricks for first-time owners of Dualtron electric scooters. In this video, we cover how to unfold the scooter, and what to check for the throttle, LCD display, brakes, and tires before hitting the road. We also provide tips for good battery care.
Most Dualtron electric scooters have an adjustable rubber suspension system, meaning that you can adjust the swingarm angle (3 positions), motor shaft distance (3 positions), and cartridge hardness (5 styles) with up to 45 steps (3x3x5) of customization.

In this scooter tutorial, learn how to replace the rubber suspension cartridges. You can install replacement cartridges if it feels like they're wearing down or new cartridges with a different hardness (soft to very firm).
Note: Replacing the rubber cartridge also applies to all other Dualtron electric scooters with some modifications if the model has illuminated swingarms on the front and rear wheels.
