Just got my SS 3.0 from Voro and the whole process has been stellar. Ordered online on Oct 23rd and got the bike delivered today. Every time I called, someone actually picked up. Still in the process of getting my new E ride pro ss 3.0 shipped out to me BUT,.. Jim has been so quick to respond to all my emails and making me feel like I’m easily heard. Definitely a nervous waiting game when you spend this much on a E-bike and Jim has made me feel super relaxed about the process of getting things ready as they process my order! GIVE JIM A RAISE LOL. I overthink ALOT and probably have emailed him one to many times, yet he welcomes me every time with open arms. Really appreciate them being so responsive.

I lost my 12k plus modified surron to fire that ate the whole damn town. Some friends rallied and got me the new EridePro SS3.0 and it is a game changer.
Pros:Stronger, Faster, Dot4 motorcycle brakes, thick rotors, thicker axels, excellent tires feel just like 241's, eco feels eco, sport feel sport. Reverse button. Built in light switch turns both lights off and my favorite is regen on the fly left for level 1 right for level 2 and no regen at all in the middle. I hated having to stop and change regen modes when goin down steep hills. I love being able to change it and not interrupt my rhythm and flow if you know, you know. All controls I need with my right thumb. F'ng love this bike.
Cons: Wish the app worked with it. Other than that for the out of the box price its best in its class hands down.
*For the guy who doesn't understand how to disconnect brake sensors Id suggest watch a YouTube video or follow the cable trail to the connectors. . . . . . no brainer.
everything is great besides the brake sensor doesn't allow braking and accleration at same time limiting wheelie control

I received my pro 2.0 on 10/2/24 have put 520 miles on it so far , It's exceeded my expectations so far I definitely recommend this bike ! I will do another review when I hit the 1,000 mile mark hopefully it's still performing as good as of today ..

My bike recently stopped working, so I reached out to Voro for assistance. They promptly sent me a new controller and even spent 30 minutes on a video call with Levin to guide me through the installation. I’m all the way in Utah, but their support made it feel like I was getting in-person service. I learned a few new things about my bike during the process, which was really helpful. A big thanks to Levin, Jim Brian, who all played a part in getting my bike back up and running. From reporting the issue to receiving and installing the controller, the whole process took about 1.5 weeks, mostly due to the shipping time for the controller. So I was debating on buying one And so I finally bought one, but when it came, it came kind of damage so I reach out to voro motors to tell them that it was kind of damage and they asked one or two questions take a couple pictures and they are Arrange to send me a new one might take a little bit longer than I expected but finally got here. Just picked up my new bike from Voro Manhattan in East Village—finally, a spot in NYC that carries it! I’ve been eyeing this bike for a while, but I really wanted to check it out in person first. Amin told me Voro is a big name in the US, which made me feel good about spending $5000 here. Top-notch quality for the price, and so much fun to ride. My 16-year-old loves it! I ended up getting two so we could ride together. Picked them up in Panorama City, just a 40-minute drive from Santa Monica. Definitely recommend these bikes!

The Pro 4.0 is built as an off-road machine and is intended for off-road and private property use. Street legal classification varies by state and city, so check your local regulations before riding on public roads.
Yes. E Ride Pro calls it the PRO 4.0, and you will also see it listed as the E-Ride Pro SS 4.0 or the ERide Pro 4.0. They are all the same bike: the successor to the SS 3.0, with 18kW of peak power and a 72V 50Ah swappable pack.
Peak power rises from 15.8kW to 18kW, and rated power from 6kW to 7kW. The 72V 50Ah 3600Wh swappable pack, the range and the 302 lb rider limit all carry over from the 3.0.
Up to 100+ miles at ~15 mph and 64+ miles at ~25 mph. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed, and temperature.
Yes. The 72V 50Ah 3600Wh pack is swappable, so you can carry a charged spare and swap it trailside to keep riding. Each pack recharges 20–90% in about 3.5 hours.
Both versions cost the same and share a 830mm seat height, about 32.7 inches. Pick the Short Seat if you want to get a foot down easily at stops, and the Long Seat if you want more room to shift your weight around on the trail. Rider weight limit is 302 lbs either way.
