Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

 

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. 

 

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel.

Honestly the best tires hands down it has a inner self sealing gel and pverall great quality very thick tire so it will last 6 months to a year if you dont do drifting or anything with it!!!

The best tire you can get for an Emove Cruiser

Let's face it changing a flat on a tubeless tire can make you want to beat your head against a wall, this tire is the solution. I've tried other after market tires I bought on Amazon, I even tried switching to a completely solid tire for a while which I don't recommend. For ride quality, handling, and durability it's the best tire on the market. This isn't one of those promotional reviews where the company gives me something for free if I leave a nice review about a product, those are stupid and they don't help anyone. I recommend it because I know that changing a flat on a tubeless tire is about as much fun as a colonoscopy and with this tire flats have become a thing of the past. It's extremely durable and even has a self repairing gel if it gets punctured.

Very durable tires and brakes.

I got my scooter last April 2023. I have 1236 miles on it.I have a 7yr old grandson that I take back and forth to school an summer camp, so 2 thirds of my scooter time as been with two people on the scooter and we have never had any failures. I purchased new brake pads an new tires an I'm having them installed toady.
