Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

How to Apply for Financing

Step 1
You can preview all financing options and estimated rates for easy, automatic payments on individual product pages. If you are buying multiple products, you can apply for financing at checkout to view rates for everything in your cart. 
The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months. 

Step 2
At checkout, select which financing provider you would like to use.
If you have an existing account with that provider, you will be directed to login. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to complete a brief application. 

Step 3

Great improvement

This is a great improvement over the standard square-wave controller. It's much smoother. I also added the wrist throttle. The grab handle is great for moving the scooter around, and for resting your foot while riding. I highly recommend these upgrades.

Twist Throttle Right Call For Me

I choose this upgrade to my EMOVE Cruiser since I am using my scooter for Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans. The parades start and stop a lot and this twist throttle makes it much easier to control the scooter's speed, to keep it slow, and to reduce fatigue of the right hand.

How every scooter should be

Maybe its my motorcycle and e-bike background, but i believe every scooter should have a twist throttle. The control you have is unsurpassed by the finger or thumb throttle. Do yourself a favor and get this upgrade.

Smoother acceleration, I don't have any problem with the new display. You will have to reset the p settings I fumbled through it, no instructions it's a little different than the original. There are three speed settings but in the new display you can switch gears easily on the fly.
