To clarify, the shipping method selected at checkout was USPS Priority Mail, which is a standard shipping service and is not classified as expedited shipping like USPS Express or overnight courier services. We understand the wording around shipping options can sometimes be confusing, and we’ll work on making this clearer moving forward.
Regarding the delivery delay: we completely understand your frustration. Please know that we followed up persistently even offline and outside regular channels, with both the manufacturer and the courier service to expedite the shipment of your 48V Thumb Throttle with LCD Display. There were delays on both ends that were beyond our control, including inventory processing times from the manufacturer and slowdowns in USPS’s transit network.
We recognize the difficulty in sourcing parts, especially for certain scooter models, and we’re doing everything we can to improve product support and availability.
