What kind of warranty do VoroMotors offer?

All new scooters and dirt ebikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or ebikes.

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

If you’re using a credit or debit card and your first attempt doesn’t go through, don’t panic — this is actually very common.

Because we use a highly secure payment gateway, your bank may temporarily block a first-time or higher-value transaction to protect you. They may simply need to verify that you’re the one making the purchase.

What to do if your card is declined:

Call your bank and let them know you’re authorizing the purchase, this usually clears it immediately.

We stock common replacement parts and can help you identify the right part fast. If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Can I pick up locally?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.


We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

 

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. 

 

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

Can I test ride before purchasing?

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel.

Works good and best price I could find.

I was getting guranteed speed wobbles starting around 50 mph and up to it’s max of 65mph on the wolf warrior gt pro and now it’s fine with the dampener installed and no more wobbles. No more locking the arms stiff and praying to god 😂

Mandatory Addition to my Wolf Warrior II.

I recently purchased a Wolf Warrior II Scooter and started riding it the same night it was delivered. Immediately realized that the front steering required some stiffing up to avoid the “death wobble”. A week later my front steering dampers arrived and I was amazed at the difference. It feels 100% better with the dampers and more stable during high speeds. I would recommend these for any other the higher end scooters out on the market today.

Adds great stability

Almost all of my riding is commuting. Because of that I am usually running my Kaabo Wolf King 11 at full speed, with traffic. The stability of the steering is ok out of the box, but it’s always just on the edge of feeling like a death wobble is imminent. I added the steering damper and the front feels rock solid, a very noticeable difference. If you’re just riding around parks and bike paths at a reasonable speed, it might not be very noticeable. But running at full speed everywhere, it’s a vast difference. The hardware kit had a bolt that was too short, I had to get some longer ones. Bit other than that, it’s 100% worth the investment for my type of riding.

Since I have the Wolf

Since I have the Wolf King GT and ride mostly on the road. Higher speeds the steering needs a little help with the stabilizer, the roads here are not the best. I have more confidence with steering, though it really wasn't bad before, it is very smooth now!
