When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?
All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days from the purchase date. Shipping time varies slightly during peak & holiday seasons. What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

Unfortunately I have to return the charger because it is the wrong one. Can you please let me know how I go about returning the charger and getting a refund. It has nothing to do with you as a company actually we have used your services before in the past and everything was great. The three times my husband used your company it was a great experience. And I appreciate you gor following up on this recent purchase.
Unfortunately I do have to return the battery. If there is any fee I understand I am willing to pay it. I am just not sure how to go about returning the charger.

Regarding the charger: As per our policy, spare parts and accessories, including charger are not eligible for return after purchase unless they were damaged during shipping.
