What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Came on time time just like quoted. So far the bearings are working great and are very quiet. I purchased them because one of the 2 in the front wheel went bad in a matter of weeks after I bought the emove touring. Have attached the rear fender/tail light, but I'm sure it will be great. I’ve been using the scooter for the most part every day and I’m very happy with it. So far, I’ve had minimal issues with the rear fender. I really really enjoy riding it throughout the city.
