What kind of warranty do VoroMotors offer?

All new scooters and dirt bikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or bikes.
 

What if I need repair services or assistance?

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

If you’re using a credit or debit card and your first attempt doesn’t go through, don’t panic — this is actually very common.

Because we use a highly secure payment gateway, your bank may temporarily block a first-time or higher-value transaction to protect you. They may simply need to verify that you’re the one making the purchase.

What to do if your card is declined:

Call your bank and let them know you’re authorizing the purchase, this usually clears it immediately.

We stock common replacement parts and can help you identify the right part fast. If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Can I pick up locally?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.


We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and bikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt bikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

 

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. 

 

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full bike, then you just need to install the wheel.

An excellent replacement!

The EY3 throttle that came stock with my black Wolf Warrior X Pro got damaged and had to be replaced, so I ordered the plug-and-play version, since the other version is for Dualtron equipment. VM was quick to ship it out and it arrived in three days!

The replacement feels even better than the original, even though it is the same thing. The voltmeter is still a little bit off (67.2V is the true full-charge for 60V batteries, but mine always reads 68.1V, even though I tested the leads with a multimeter just to make sure that it was not going overvoltage.), but I have learned to simply subtract ~0.8V from whatever the readout is.
