Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. (Does not include Clearance Electric Scooters) Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Clearance scooters do not come with warranty and are non-warrantable.

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

How to Apply for Financing

Step 1
You can preview all financing options and estimated rates for easy, automatic payments on individual product pages. If you are buying multiple products, you can apply for financing at checkout to view rates for everything in your cart. 
The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months. 

Step 2
At checkout, select which financing provider you would like to use.
If you have an existing account with that provider, you will be directed to login. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to complete a brief application. 

Step 3
If approved, select the payment option that works best for your budget. You can view APR rates, repayment schedule, and finalize your loan using the secure checkout.

The 52V 5A VM Electric Scooter Fast Charger is designed to quickly and efficiently charge your electric scooter battery, so you can get back on the road in no time. The charger is also built to last, with high-quality components and a sturdy construction that can withstand the wear and tear of daily use. Inside the charging brick also includes a fan to keep the charger cool and from overheating, causing some possible burning of surfaces.

This 52V 5A VM Electric Scooter Fast Charger is compatible with the EMOVE Cruiser, Dualtron Mini, Dualtron Mini Limited, and some other 52V electric scooters. This charger will decrease your charge time exponentially. The charger has 110V and 220V settings. Use 110V for the EMOVE Cruiser.

Emove Cruiser fast charger

Voro shipped my fast charger order quickly and packaged it securely. The charger does what it says; it charges my Emove Cruiser significantly faster than the original charger. Do note that this charger is much larger than the original, for obvious reasons, and utilizes a fan to keep the unit cool. The fan is fairly loud but shuts off automatically after the battery reaches full capacity. The unit appears to be much better quality than the original charger and hopefully it will last longer; I purchased the fast charger after my original charger died.
I definitely recommend the fast charger for anyone that owns the Emove Cruiser.

Well I can say it does his job quicker than I could even think honestly and drove 19 miles plugged it in 3 hours later it was proof practically already charged 🤯
