Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Order never showed up

Ordered these on 5/20/2025, paid expedited shipping and have yet to receive them as of 6/3/2025. After reaching out on 5/26/2025 I was told they shipped and received a tracking number that is still showing as invalid. Every time I reach out, they tell me they are shipped, but nothing changes.
