What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Twist Throttle is DANGEROUS - Get the THUMB THROTTLE instead !
The Voro Motors *Twist* Throttle is VERY DANGEROUS - And this is coming from a very experienced e-scooter rider. Get the *Thumb* Throttle instead. It is also semi "hair-triggered", but safer and miles better than the other two options, which both wear out your hands, and have a even more "trigger-like" response as compared to the Thumb Throttle.
