Exactly what was needed

Cruiser keeps had an Error, for throttle and controller error code came up on the display. Ended up being the motor cable, upgraded one was sent and problem was resolved. Thank you Voro motors, thank you Kaigan.

Battery good delivery sucked.

The Battery came and looked liked it had been kicked the 450 miles to my apartment LOL. Voro Motors said they would replace the battery; however, the product was tuff enough to take the abuse, save a few superficial tares to its exterior, and preforms as well as the original. It is currently in a box I made for it to attach to the seat post--I also made--and now my little mule can make it anywhere in the Sacramento Valley and back home with plenty of charge to spare. Thanks guys :)

It came with battery not working after 2 rides, now we got new battery, Husband installed now working took 3 months to get new battery.

Within 5 rides the battery stopped holding charge. Then it tooks 6 months to get a battery replacement.
