What kind of warranty do VoroMotors offer?

All new scooters and dirt ebikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or ebikes.

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

If you’re using a credit or debit card and your first attempt doesn’t go through, don’t panic — this is actually very common.

We stock common replacement parts and can help you identify the right part fast. If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Can I pick up locally?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.


We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

 

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. 

 

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel.

The handle is very nice, very substantial. I have not mounted anything to it yet, but it certainly will support a number of rack/lock box options. It has made it much easier to move the scooter indoors and in and out of the house-gamechanger. If you are a person with larger feet, it may take a little getting used to not having access to the small area in front of the rear fender. Very worthwhile addition to the scooter.

Very sturdy handle to get a grip to carry this bad boy down the stairs or maybe up. Without this, it will be quite hard to carry it. It adds a nice touch to look better

Easy to setup and fits securely. I would recommend this to anyone who has to lift their scooter up a few stairs every day. The handle also remains unobtrusive while riding so you can leave it on the scooter permanently.

A Must Have Handle

The EMove Cruiser isn’t light. And, there isn’t a great way to pick it up, especially for up and down stairs… like the escalator at the Subway. This handle is a lifesaver. Easy to attach and very sturdy and well made. I HIGHLY recommend you buy this when you buy the scooter. I use it every time I use the scooter.
