We sell and service Teverun Fighter Supreme scooters every day, so we hear the same owner questions again and again. The good news is that almost all of them are simple setup, adjustment, or maintenance items with a clear fix, not signs of a broken scooter. We put the ten most common ones into one short video so you can jump straight to the topic you need. Below the video you will find a quick written explanation of each one.

Common setup and fixes
Brakes: bedding and bleeding
The four-piston hydraulic brakes can feel soft or a little different when the scooter is new or has just been shipped. That is usually a bedding-in or air-in-the-line issue rather than a failed brake. Bed the brakes in first with a series of firm stops from moderate speed. If the lever still feels spongy after bedding, the system may need a bleed to remove trapped air.
Steering damper: fix twitchy steering
If the bars feel nervous or twitchy at speed, look at the steering damper setup before anything else. The Fighter Supreme uses dual steering dampers, and getting them adjusted correctly makes the scooter feel far more planted and calm at higher speeds.
Throttle recalibration
A jumpy or laggy throttle is not always a failed throttle. In most cases it just needs recalibrating, especially after you have adjusted the handlebars or moved any wiring. Recalibrate it first before assuming the throttle needs replacing.
Folding and locking hardware
Powerful folding scooters settle in over the first few rides. If the stem or folding area develops a click or a little wobble, the fix is usually to re-torque the hardware and add a small amount of threadlocker, rather than assuming the folding system is failing.
Handlebar grip insert
The plastic insert inside the silicone handlebar grip can pop out if the grip gets pushed too far toward the center of the bar. Keep the grip seated toward the bar end so the insert stays where it belongs.
Battery wake-up button
On the latest setup, the green button wakes the battery when the scooter has gone to sleep. If your scooter looks inactive and will not power up as expected, press the wake-up button to bring the battery back online before troubleshooting anything further.
Owner tips that prevent problems
Match the correct charger
A 72V scooter uses a charger that reads around 84V at a full charge. Do not use a random charger just because the connector happens to fit. Always use the supplied charger, or one recommended by our support team, to protect the battery.
Tire pressure and sealant
Correct pressure matters for both range and ride quality on the 13-inch tubeless tires. We also recommend running sealant as extra puncture protection, so a small puncture is far less likely to leave you stranded on a ride.
Tune the suspension
The front and rear suspension are both adjustable. If the ride feels harsh or bouncy, the shock usually just needs tuning for your weight rather than replacing. A few minutes of adjustment can transform how the scooter rides.
Water resistance: read this
Much of the Teverun lineup, including the Fighter Supreme, is rated IP54 or above. Treat that as resistance to light rain and splashes, not as waterproofing. Avoid riding in storms, through deep water, or pressure washing the scooter, as water intrusion is not covered like a normal fault.
The bottom line
Nearly every question here comes down to setup, adjustment, or maintenance, not a broken scooter. Work through the fix that matches your symptom, and if anything still is not right, send us a short video of what you are seeing and we will help you sort it out.
