The Arctic Leopard XE Pro R is a full size electric dirt bike, not a mini moto with ambition. It runs 21 inch and 18 inch enduro wheels, a 34.3 inch seat height and a 51.2 inch wheelbase, which puts it in the same physical class as a petrol trail bike rather than the smaller machines most people picture when they hear electric dirt bike.
This page sets out every specification we can verify, explains what the numbers mean on an actual trail, and is clear about the handful of figures circulating online that we are not going to repeat because we cannot stand behind them.

Power, and why direct drive matters more than the number
26.5 kW is a lot of motor for 175 lb of motorcycle, and an electric motor delivers all of its torque from zero rpm, so the way it arrives is different from a petrol engine that has to be kept in its powerband. There is no clutch to slip and no gear to find.
The more interesting engineering decision is the direct drive layout. Many electric dirt bikes run a mid mounted motor driving the rear wheel through a belt or chain, sometimes with a jackshaft in between to get the gearing right. Those are wear parts. Belts stretch, misalign and snap, usually a long way from the van. The XE Pro R sends power straight to the wheel, which removes that entire category of maintenance and that entire category of trailside failure.
What that means in practice
Fewer consumables to replace, no belt tension to check, and quieter running. It is a genuine ownership advantage rather than a spec sheet one, and it is the single thing we would point to if you asked what separates this bike from cheaper machines at a glance.
Battery and range, honestly
The pack is 74 volts and 60 amp hours, which works out to 4,440 watt hours of usable energy. That is a large pack by the standards of this class, and it is the main reason the bike weighs what it does.
We quote up to 60 miles. Treat that the way you would treat any manufacturer range figure, which is to say as a best case. At 60 miles the bike is consuming about 74 watt hours per mile, which is realistic for steady riding on easier ground. Ride it hard on technical trails, carry more weight, climb more, or ride in the cold, and the figure will come down, as it does on every electric vehicle ever built.
A 4 hour charge is the other half of that equation. It means a drained battery is a long lunch rather than the end of the day, which matters a great deal if you ride somewhere you had to drive to.
Suspension and brakes
The forks are KKE inverted units and the rear is a multi adjustable shock, with over 200 mm of travel and compression, rebound and preload all tunable. That adjustability is the part worth paying attention to. A bike that can be dialled in for a 150 lb rider on tight technical singletrack and then re dialled for a 220 lb rider on fast open fire road is a bike that will suit more people and stay comfortable longer.
Braking is 4 piston hydraulic calipers on 240 mm rotors at both ends. On a machine this heavy with this much torque, the rotor size and the piston count are doing real work on long descents, where brake fade is what actually ends rides.
Full size geometry, and whether it fits you
This is where the XE Pro R separates itself from the smaller electric machines it gets shelved next to. A 21 inch front wheel on an 80/100-21 tyre rolls over rocks, roots and ruts that stop a smaller wheel dead. The 18 inch rear on a 100/90-18 is standard enduro sizing, which also means tyre choice is easy and cheap for years to come.
Check the seat height before you order
The seat is 34.3 inches. That is genuine full size dirt bike height and it is the single most common reason a rider is unhappy with a machine like this. If you are shorter than about five foot eight, sit on one or measure carefully before committing. Suspension sag will give you a little back, but not inches. The maximum load is 302 lb, which is rider plus gear plus anything strapped to the bike.
Display and keyless start
A full colour TFT display carries battery state and ride mode, and the bike uses NFC tap to start rather than a key. No key to lose and no ignition barrel to drill out, which is a small but real theft deterrent on a machine that is otherwise very easy to lift into a pickup.
About top speed, and the figures circulating online
You will find pages quoting this bike at 72 mph stock and over 75 mph unlocked, along with a peak output of 27 kW, a 700 Nm wheel torque figure and a range of over 100 miles in an economy mode. Those numbers are aggregated from various third party listings. We are not going to present them as specifications, because our own data does not support them.
What we will say is that the XE Pro R sits in our 60 plus mph category and that a 4,440 watt hour pack driving a 26.5 kW motor in a 175 lb chassis is not short of performance. On the range claim specifically, 100 miles from this pack would mean consuming about 44 watt hours per mile, which is roughly what a lightweight electric scooter uses on flat tarmac. A full size enduro bike on dirt does not do that.
Why we are being fussy about this
A top speed figure is the easiest thing in the world to print and the hardest to take back once a customer has bought on it. If we publish a number here, it is one we can point to a source for. If you want a figure for a specific riding scenario, ask us and we will tell you what we have actually seen rather than what reads best.
Where you can legally ride it
Important, and routinely glossed over. The XE Pro R is an off road machine. As of 1 January 2026 California classifies this type of vehicle as an off highway electric motorcycle under Vehicle Code 436.1, which requires off highway identification and is not a street legal category. Of the 32 states we checked against their own motor vehicle agencies, six publish a route to register an off road machine for street use and ten will not register the class at all.
Full detail is in our guide to what is actually street legal in 2026, which names all six states and all ten. Every dirt bike we sell ships with its manufacturer certificate of origin, the ownership document you need to title the machine and, in California, to get the green sticker that makes it legal to ride off road at all.
Who this bike is for
Buy it if you want full size enduro geometry and trail capability, you ride somewhere legal and off road, you value low maintenance over outright adjustability of a petrol machine, and the 34.3 inch seat fits you.
Look elsewhere if you need something street legal out of the crate, you are short enough that a 34.3 inch seat is a problem, or you want a commuter. For commuting we would point you at a scooter instead, and we have written at length about which machines suit which job.
It is in stock and ships from our US warehouse, 90 percent assembled with the tools in the box. Mount the bars, tighten the display and levers, and ride.
