The Altis Delta ships with a digital display on the handlebars, and there are two versions of it. If you are shopping for a replacement, the version you need depends on which Delta you have. Fit the wrong one and it simply will not work, because the newer display and the older controller do not talk to each other. The good news is that telling them apart is easy, and the single fastest tell is whether the display has a USB port. Here is the full breakdown and how to order the right one.
Check this first
Before you order a replacement Delta display, confirm your VIN. The two displays are not interchangeable, and the newer one will not fit the older Delta controller. If you are not sure which version you have, do not guess. Send us your VIN and we will match the exact display to your bike.

The old display: Delta VIN 0 to 1002
The original Delta display has no USB port. It is the correct display for earlier Delta units, in the VIN range from 0 up to 1002, and it is matched to the original Delta controller those bikes came with. If you have an earlier Delta and you want it to behave exactly as it did from the factory, this is the version you want.
The new display: Delta VIN 1002 and up, and the Delta S
The newer display is easy to spot because it adds a USB port. It is the correct display for later Delta units, from VIN 1002 onward, and for the Delta S. The important thing to know is that this newer display is matched to the newer setup, so it will not fit the old Delta controller. It is not a case of it being better or worse, it is simply a different version built for a different controller.
Why they are not interchangeable
This is the part that trips people up, so it is worth being clear. The new display and the old controller are not a matched pair. You cannot take the newer USB display and drop it onto an older Delta that has the original controller, and the reverse is true as well. Each display goes with the setup it was built for. That is exactly why the VIN matters more than anything else here: it tells you which side of the change your bike is on.
How to order the right display
-
1Find your VIN
Locate your Altis Delta VIN. If you are not sure where to look, check your order details or send us a photo and we will help.
-
2Check for a USB port
Look at your current display. If it has a USB port, you are on the newer version. If it does not, you are on the older one.
-
3Match the version to your bike
VIN 0 to 1002 with no USB takes the old display. VIN 1002 and up, and the Delta S, take the new USB display.

4Not sure? Ask us before you buy
If your VIN is close to 1002, or anything does not line up, send us your VIN and we will confirm the exact display before you order.
