Return

All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 10 business days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

Warranty

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, and Dualtron electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy with the exception of some sale items, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

How to Apply for Financing

Step 1
You can preview all financing options and estimated rates for easy, automatic payments on individual product pages. If you are buying multiple products, you can apply for financing at checkout to view rates for everything in your cart. 
The rates depend on how quickly you’d like to repay the loan. All of our financing options offer plans for equal payments over 3 to 18 months. 

Step 2
At checkout, select which financing provider you would like to use.
If you have an existing account with that provider, you will be directed to login. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to complete a brief application. 

Step 3
If approved, select the payment option that works best for your budget. You can view APR rates, repayment schedule, and finalize your loan using the secure checkout.

      Great product! decent replacement products

      I bought a Roadrunner OG and have been purchasing new replacement parts to bring it back up to date. However, the replacement parts don't come with mounting hardware. Because of this, I have had to spend extra time at Home Depot to find replacement bolts and nuts, I have even had to change out the black quick release connectors for the tail lights that live under the seat. Understanding that if I buy a replacement peg bolt, it should be assumed that I need the nuts to secure the bolt to the bike, also the same goes for the kick stand. Im not replacing it for fun. Im replacing it because it broke. So in the future, I would like to see the replacement parts come with the mounting hardware and wiring connectors, this would be a huge convenience and would save your users a ton of time.
