What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Voro, the kickstand needs to be upgraded to a heavier duty model. I use my scooter for work going through neighborhoods inspecting things making several short trips and stops. My kickstand wore out in about a year with 116 miles.

I've only had my emive v2 and for 2 weeks and the kickstand won't hold it up anymore. I see your out of stock on the kickstand. Is there a better sturdier version in the works?
