What kind of warranty do VoroMotors offer?

All new scooters and dirt ebikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or ebikes.

What if I need repair services or assistance?

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

Affirm, Klarna, Katapult, and Shop Pay.

If you’re using a credit or debit card and your first attempt doesn’t go through, don’t panic — this is actually very common.

Because we use a highly secure payment gateway, your bank may temporarily block a first-time or higher-value transaction to protect you. They may simply need to verify that you’re the one making the purchase.

What to do if your card is declined:

Call your bank and let them know you’re authorizing the purchase, this usually clears it immediately.

Try the payment again once your bank confirms approval.

If you’d rather pay over time, you can also use one of our financing options instead.

Sometimes banks decline a first-time or large online purchase.

Do you have parts in stock?

We stock common replacement parts and can help you identify the right part fast. If we dont have a particular part in stock at any given time, our service team will be upfront with you and ask if you want to do a factory order to lock in those parts. Can I pick up locally?

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Most orders are processed very quickly.

Order processing:
Orders are typically processed within ~2 hours of being placed.

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs.

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

Can I test ride before purchasing?

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel.

I’ve seen many reviews for mg Roadrunner Pro up until I ordered it, and for every scooter I’ve ordered before I’ve made sure to get the Shipping Protection Plan for anything that might happen. When the RRP arrived in great condition my concerns went away! It arrived within a week in great condition AND double boxed like I’ve seen in unboxing videos! I’ve been riding it for a little over a week now and couldn’t be happier it arrived safe. Thank you!

Many well needed improvements.

All the improvements make this version the must have over the V2. The biggest being the rear suspension and the larger seat. Those 2 things add so much comfort. The addition of longer foot pegs is a plus as well. Even after adjusting the P-settings to 64 I can not tell the front motor is 500W vs. the 300W on the V2. Went riding yesterday with a friend because I have both the V2 and V3 and we switched back and forth and were neck and neck most of the time. This might be due to the weight difference with the 3 being heavier due to the larger seat and added rear shocks. The handle grips are definitely a nice improvement and the longer brake handles as well as the better brakes. The only negative I have as the darn pedal kit. I bought it because it sounded like a great alternative in case the battery ran out before I made it home. Unless you need it to be legal in your state DO NOT BUY THE PEDAL KIT. I made the mistake and the pedals are functionally useless. When you turn to tight the pedal will strike the ground and you will become exhausted pedaling before you can get anywhere and forget pedaling against the wind. Biggest waist of money because of not being able to return them due to Voro Motor policy. All in all the V3 is great!

My scooter arrived with the entire back of the box riped open along with rips in both sides, the top AND bottom. Yes, the scooter was damaged. The box is way to thin for this weight scooter and the foam inside is insufficient for protecting the scooter, therefore the shipping insurance is an absolute must!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this little guy. I bought it to tool around campgrounds and let my dog chase me around. Everyone asks me about it, and one lady bought one!(I feel like I should get a tshirt for that...hint hint.).
It's light, nimble, easy to ride, easy to move around, and goes about 20 on gravel with my 210lb frame, 30 on the pavement. Rocket mode is nice and quick.

Gripes: the light could be better. It's a spot light, not a flood light. I'd rather it brighten a wider area, but that's a cheap fix.

The seat is comfy, the controls are good, the brakes are very good, and there's plenty of frame/handlebar real-estate to add cup holders, bags, lights, Bluetooth speakers, bobble heads, you name it.
