Opened merchandise with less than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 10% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with more than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. Final Sale items do not qualify for returns or refunds. Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion electric scooters, and E Ride E-Bikes purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy while Final Sale products do not come with warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.
