What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. For the price, Teverun didnt make these carbon nor an an stronger pollycarbonate plastic. If the scooter falls, these are also covers for the led strip and signal lights which need to be housed in a far tougher material as they get damaged on the sides or crack. I set this to 4 stars but wanted to give 3 but this is through Voromotors and they have been excellent to me. Thanks.
