All new scooters and dirt ebikes include a 1-year factory warranty.

If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose it and get you the correct parts.

Unless stated otherwise, we will be very clear on the product page. Usually only on clearance or refurbished items, but nowadays we dont have refurbished scooters or ebikes.

Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

Yes — we offer multiple ways to pay, including credit/debit cards and 4 financing options at checkout:

Yes, absolutely. That is always preferred as you can get it quickly, you can ask us any questions if you have any and we are more than happy to help.

When can I expect my item to be shipped?

Sorting & preparation:
Your order then moves to a sorting and fulfillment facility, where it’s prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days.

Shipping transit time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days nationwide, depending on your location and shipping method.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.

Freight shipments:
Larger scooters and ebikes may ship via freight using private trucking carriers. Freight delivery operates differently than standard parcel shipping — this allows us to move heavier items safely and securely.

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions).

For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage)

Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs.

Parts & accessories are final sale unless damaged in transit. Just send us a clear image or video and we will help you.

Can I test ride before purchasing?

What if it arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help.

We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly.

If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

How hard is setup?

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel.

Research paid off

I live on a sailboat and needed transportation as I travel from destination to destination. I was looking for a long range in a device that can go to shore in a kayak, stow out of the way when under sail.

The EMove V2 filled all the check boxes, has been a blast to ride and lasts longer than needed.

I'm looking forward to the seat being back in stocks as some of my routes would've been more chill with a seat.

Best upgrade for the wolf lineup

This seat will turn your Wolf scooter into a mini racing moped. with lower center of gravity handling is increased tenfold and it feels a whole lot more safer to outright gun it. The build quality is top notch and it’s comfortable for longer rides. You can still stand if you’d like to and it takes minutes to install and uninstall. Must have for any Wolf owner.

The seat has a nice shape and I like it. Perhaps the base structure could be a little lower to leave room (just a few centimeters) at the top for height adjustment.

GTR Bound

I purchased the seat with the intention of modifying the bottom plate to fit my GTR. I will be using 1/2 shims to create a gap between the plate and the board matt. This way the seat will not be resting directly on the matt. Almost there should have it completed by next week.
