Awesome light and reliability

I purchased this light for additional safety reasons. I purchased it, not so much because it helps me see better at night, which I’m sure it does, since it has three different brightness settings, plus a strobe feature, and a long lasting rechargeable Li-Ion battery; I purchased it because even in the daytime as I travel in traffic it allows me more to BE SEEN, by traffic I encounter coming the other way. My Scooter already has a headlight mounted about a third of the way up the stalk, and also has a supplementary deck mounted set of lights, but I decided to order this light and mounted it at the top, in the center of the handlebar, so that I have three different levels of forward facing headlights which assist oncoming traffic, and traffic waiting to turn, in seeing me. The extra visibility makes my ride safer. Half the job is seeing; the other half is being seen. That’s Safety 101. You should get this light for all of these reasons also. Consider it part of your Safety Gear.
