SCOOTER, OR BIKE

The one that takes pedals.

No other RoadRunner does this. Fit the optional pedal kit and the V3 stops being only a scooter — useful where local rules treat a pedal-equipped machine differently, useful when the battery is flat, and useful if you simply want to put some effort in. It is the reason this one is called a hybrid rather than a seated scooter, and it costs you nothing if you never fit the kit.

THE HYBRID

A scooter that takes pedals.

The V3 is the only RoadRunner built to accept a pedal kit, which is what makes it a hybrid rather than another seated scooter. Fitting one changes how the machine is classified in some places, gives you something to do if the pack runs flat, and turns a commute into exercise on the days you want it to be. Leave the kit off and nothing about the scooter is compromised.

A scooter that takes pedals.
THE POWER

Two motors, 500W each.

Dual 500W motors rather than a single larger one, which is the difference between a scooter that reaches 34 mph and one that holds it up a hill. Two motors split the load and share the heat, so a long climb does not leave the drivetrain sagging halfway up. It is also what gives it the torque to move 330 lbs of rider and luggage from a standstill.

2x 500W
Two motors, 500W each.
THE PACK

Certified, and it lifts out.

A 48V 1,124 Wh pack certified to UL2849 — the North American standard covering the battery, the charger and the wiring as one system rather than the cells on their own. It comes out on a quick-release lock, so you can carry it up to a flat and charge it there instead of leaving the whole scooter plugged in nine hours in a hallway.

Certified, and it lifts out.
THE SUSPENSION

Hydraulic front, twin springs rear.

A hydraulic fork up front and dual spring shocks at the back, with 14 in tubeless tires taking whatever gets past them. It is a genuinely compliant setup for a scooter at this price, and it is the reason the V3 is comfortable on the sort of broken tarmac that makes smaller-wheeled scooters unpleasant.

Hydraulic front, twin springs rear.
THE BRAKES

XTECH hybrid hydraulic, 180 mm.

XTECH hybrid hydraulic calipers on 180 mm rotors at both ends. Hybrid means a cable pulls a hydraulic piston: most of the feel and power of a full hydraulic system, without needing to bleed a line to adjust it. For a scooter that gets used every day and serviced rarely, that trade is the right one.

180mm rotors

PACK IT AWAY

Folding bars, 55 lbs.

The handlebars fold slim and the whole scooter drops into a car trunk at 55 lbs — not a folded-in-half party trick, just enough to get it into a boot or a hallway cupboard without a fight. Pull the battery first and it is lighter still.

BE SEEN

Signals, headlight, brake light.

Ultra-bright LED turn signals, a headlight and a brake light, all fitted as standard. On a machine that keeps up with city traffic, being legible to drivers matters more than any spec on the list.

✓ UL2849 Certified

The battery and electrical system are UL2849 certified.

UL2849 is the North American safety standard covering an e-scooter's complete electrical system — the battery, the charger and the wiring together, rather than the cells on their own. The V3's 48V 1,124 Wh pack is certified to it, which is the certification fire departments and apartment buildings look for before they will let a scooter through the door.

Performance figures were adjusted downwards in 2026: we calculate them for a rider of 200 lbs rather than repeating the manufacturer's best case, so some of our numbers read lower than the ones printed on the box. The maximum load was adjusted the same way — it does not mean the scooter cannot carry you, only that stated performance may vary. Range depends on terrain, rider weight, tire pressure and temperature.

Figures are the ones each scooter publishes on its own product page. The V3 and the V2 are close on paper and the choice between them is mostly about how you ride: the V2's adjustable Manitou fork and swappable spare-pack setup suit someone chasing distance, while the V3 adds the pedal kit, the UL2849 certification and slightly more top end. The Pro is a different class of machine and weighs more than twice as much.

I like Voro Motors I like some of the people who work there as all are not very helpful and lack customer service skills. I usual have to call back to get the right person when I need help. The 5 star review is for that person. Thank you, all whom still believe in customer service.

RoadRunner V3

I purchased this e-scooter for my spouse in hopes that she would enjoy being out and about more than on the previous e-bikes she's been on and owns. Being that this e-scooter sits a lot lower and lighter in weight is already a plus. With the power the Roadrunner V3 offers for a shorter rider that's not overpowering is amazing. She's happy with the scooter and I enjoy it as well.

Shout outs to Joey & Jim Brian for promptly responding to my questions and concerns along with keeping me updated on the shipping of each and every single item ordered.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear your spouse is enjoying the Roadrunner V3 and that our team could assist you promptly. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again!

Roadrunner v3

It was very well packaged and 95%put together. I've watched a lot of you tube videos on voro motors and their different scooters and they are all high end scooters. I bought the roadrunner for my 13 year old daughter.I hope it lasts her till she's able to drive. You can't beat the price for what you're getting and I know Voro Motors will stand behind it's products that they sell. Thanks Voro for making my buying experience easy and painless as possible.

Hi Anthony, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're thrilled to hear your daughter is enjoying the Roadrunner V3 and appreciate your trust in Voro Motors. If you need any assistance in the future, we're here to help. Enjoy the ride!

Emove roadrunner 2

I recently purchased the Emove Roadrunner 2, and I’m extremely impressed with its performance and build quality. The scooter is powerful, smooth, and perfect for both daily commuting and longer rides. It handles well, feels stable, and delivers excellent speed and battery life. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service provided by Kai. He was professional, patient, and very responsive throughout the process. Kai quickly understood my issue and resolved it efficiently, ensuring I was completely satisfied. His support made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend both the Emove Roadrunner 2 and Kai’s exceptional service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review <3

Great Value and fun ride!

Suspension, good seat, large battery, good acceleration, relatively light, and quiet! Wasn't able to find anything else in this price range that could do those things. Although they may not have updated the weight on the page... It's not 55lbs but was measured on YouTube to be about 78lbs. A little unfortunate, but it still goes as fast as an e-moto while being around 30lbs lighter than one! (Albeit you're trading acceleration for weight, but this definitely has enough for my uses!) Thank you for creating a great scooter!

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the ride, performance, and value of the RoadRunner V3. We appreciate the note on the weight as well, feedback like this helps us improve.

Very Fast and Way more Comfortable than a E-Move Cruiser With a Seat Even The New Seat!

We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the speed and comfort of the EMOVE Roadrunner V3, and it’s great to know it feels even more comfortable than the Cruiser with a seat. That’s exactly what we aim for with the V3’s design and riding position.

Loads of Fun

I only had a chance to put a few miles on it but had a really good time riding it. Looking forward to spring. The quality feels great and at 5'11 , 210ibs it didn't feel cramped. Very Nice!

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying your EMOVE Roadrunner V3 and that it feels comfortable and solid for your build. Sounds like a fun few miles already, spring riding is going to be even better. Enjoy the ride, and thanks for sharing your experience!

Before you buy.

The pedal kit, mostly. The V3 is the only RoadRunner built to accept one, which is where the scooter-bike hybrid name comes from. It also carries UL2849 certification on the electrical system and a slightly higher top end. The V2 answers back with an adjustable Manitou front fork and a swap-a-spare battery setup. Same weight, same max load, same brakes.

Three things. It changes how the machine is classified in some jurisdictions, it gets you home if the pack runs flat, and it turns the commute into exercise on days you want that. It is optional — leave it off and nothing about the scooter is worse for it.

Well, for a scooter at this price. A hydraulic fork at the front, twin spring shocks at the back and 14 in tubeless tires between them. It is not a dirt machine, but broken tarmac, cobbles and gravel paths are all fair game.

The complete electrical system — the battery, the charger and the wiring together, rather than the cells on their own. It is the certification fire departments and apartment buildings ask for, and it is the reason a lot of buildings will let this one indoors.

Yes. It lifts out on a quick-release lock, so you can carry the pack up to a flat and charge it there rather than leaving the scooter plugged in for nine hours in a hallway. Carrying a charged spare also turns a range limit into a swap.

The handlebars fold slim and the scooter is 55 lbs at 50 by 25 by 38 inches unfolded, so a car trunk is fine. Pull the battery before you lift and it is easier still.

Yes. Seated, stable, and forgiving to learn on — start in a lower speed setting and work up. The seated position takes the nerves out of 34 mph in a way a stand-up scooter does not.

Straightforward. Keep the tires inflated and the brakes adjusted, charge the pack sensibly. XTECH hybrid hydraulics adjust with a cable rather than needing a bleed, which is one less job. Parts are stocked in the US and there are tutorials for most of it.

Up to 330 lbs of rider and luggage, which is our own adjusted figure rather than the factory's. A backpack, groceries or a week's worth of errands are all well within it.
