What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

Long story short, I bought a 6k roadrunner scooter, convinced with false advertisement. I was promised quality, durability, and safety which is why I bought it and to come and find out that the scooter has more problems than my grandfather. Scooter stops running when battery is 40% low, can’t go above 35 miles per hr because it wobbles bad even with a damper installed. Worst of all, they will make it impossible for a refund or to even switch it for another. They refuse to even have a manager or supervisor to attend when requested, always “busy in a meeting”. They simply won’t work with you, for them customer comes second, profit comes first. Worst service, I don’t recommend to anyone.
