Returns are accepted within 30 business days of delivery (item must meet return conditions). For e-scooters and dirt ebikes: must have under 10 miles recorded (Not including the factory mileage) Opened returns may have a 20% restocking fee, this is just to cover the round trip shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we’ll help. We’ll guide you on photos/next steps so we can resolve it quickly. If you have Route shipping protection when you order the package, it will drastically speed up the process. Think of it as your insurance for a high value item. You never know.

Most products are simple to assemble. We assemble most of them before it ships to you, so all you need to do is to install the handlebar most of the time. Unless it is a full ebike, then you just need to install the wheel. We provide guides/videos, and support can walk you through it.
