All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

We partner with Affirm, Katapult, ShopPay, and Klarna for financing. You can set up payment plans to purchase one big-ticket item or multiple things, like a new electric scooter, helmet, and other necessities. For more information, please visit our Financing Page.

When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?

All orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days from the purchase date. Shipping time varies slightly during peak & holiday seasons. What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.

Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. AMAZING SCOOTER!!!! NOT JOKING ITS FAST!!!

When people say this thing is FAST! They mean it!! I definitely fell off within the first few days 😬 It folds easily and the battery is amazing! I've only charged it 3 times in almost a month! It's not super heavy so I can carry it up to my apartment (I'm a petite female) This has been the best investment I've made!

I have over a thousand miles between my scooters and I can not stop watching videos, reviews and the huge market that opened up with these finely tuned machines. I have over 30,000 miles riden on motorcycles in Las Vegas. Buying my first scooter and learning about how they work and experiencing it first hand everyday, not only to go to work but to be with friends and share, it’s a whole different world. Btw, I could buy 5-6 of the scooters and it wouldn’t cost as much as one motorcycle. I’m already half way there haha.

My wolf king GT pro electric scooter got delivered damaged and Route covered it and I got a brand new scooter!!
