What does open box mean?
These are units from our showroom floor: display bikes and scooters, customer returns and units that came out of the box and never went back in. Each one is checked over and listed on its own, with its own photos and its own price. You are buying that specific unit, not a model off a shelf.
Can it be shipped to me?
Yes. Open-box units ship at the same rate as the new version of the same model — you will see it at checkout before you pay. One thing to know: they do not ship in their original packaging, because most no longer have it. Our team packs and protects each one for transit instead. You are also welcome to collect it from our Huntington Beach showroom if you would rather.
Can I return it?
No. Open-box units are final sale and sold as-is. There are no returns or exchanges. That is the trade for the discount, and it is why every unit is listed with its own photos and its condition written out. Come and look at it before you pay if you can.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The unit is physically at our Huntington Beach showroom. Come in, look it over and ride it before you commit. If you are local, that is the best way to buy one of these.
What condition is it in?
It varies by unit, which is why each one is listed separately. The listing photos are of the actual unit you would be buying, not stock images of the model. If anything in the photos is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Can I pick it up the same day?
Yes. Order it, then come to the Huntington Beach showroom. Give us a call first so we can have it ready and make sure someone is there to hand it over. If collecting suits you better than shipping, choose the pickup option at checkout.
What if I need repair services or assistance?
Our US-based support team is available 7 days a week. We can troubleshoot with you, ship parts, or point you to one of the 100+ service centers in our nationwide network.
