This model is designed as an entry-level, budget-friendly scooter intended primarily for short, last-mile transportation rather than long-term or heavy daily use. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something simple and affordable, but it’s not positioned as a full adult performance scooter.

 

The warranty coverage for this model is 6 months from the date of purchase and applies to the battery only.

If you ever need service, we can help connect you with a nearby repair partner. That said, because of the price point and design of this product, repairs can sometimes approach the cost of replacement. For that reason, many customers choose to simply replace the scooter rather than repair it if a major issue comes up down the road.

 

If long-term durability, broader warranty coverage, or heavier usage is important to you, we’d be happy to recommend a more robust model that better fits those needs.

Scooter is not moving

This is highly likely due to the connector from the head tube to the stem not plugged in. Please watch this video > (Refer to time stamp 0:23) 

 

Once the cable is plugged in, the scooter will work normally.

Missing screws?

Check the additional packet that was included in the box. The packet comes with additional screws with your scooter.
