If you've received a gift card or promo code, here's how to apply it to your order.

  1. Add an electric scooter and accessories to your cart.
  2. Add Extend product protection, add Route protection and add suggested products in the next steps, then click Checkout.
  3. At Checkout, enter your gift card or discount code and hit Apply. If the code is valid, the discount applies instantly and the subtotal updates accordingly.
  4. Once you've completed your transaction, you/we can no longer apply discount codes or gift cards.

When will you charge me for my order?

An authorization hold is placed on your method of payment at the time the order is placed. We capture the funds at the time of fulfilment, which usually happens within 24-48 business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

VORO MOTORS, Inc. securely accepts most payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal-Check, Debit Card, EFT (through PayPal).

All payments can only be processed by PayPal or Affirm at the moment, you can choose to place orders with or without using PayPal.

If you choose PayPal, please note that PayPal is completely free to use, with no account and no signup required. For your protection, VORO does not store any financial information that customers enter.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

For residents in the United States only, we offer payment plans for electric scooters through third-party providers: Katapult, Affirm, and ShopPay.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes, you can pick up your scooter at our Los Angeles, CA, Brooklyn, NY or Kapolei, HI locations. Select the "in-store pick up" option when checking out.

Can I ride the scooters before buying?

Yes, you can schedule or drop-in to one of our stores to test ride the electric scooters we have in stock.

Yes, you don't have to visit one of our brick and mortar stores to get a closer look at our electric scooters.

Do you offer price matching or honor price reductions? 

No, we do not offer price matching with other electric scooter retailers. No, we do not honor promotional pricing outside of the promotion period. The pricing stated at the time of purchase is the only valid pricing we offer. Any previous advertisements or promotions with alternate pricing that you have seen or received do not apply if the price is not the same as advertised on the webpage when you checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping with restrictions.

We provide free shipping for all products for customers in the United States including Hawaii and for all new electric scooter orders over $3000 for customers worldwide (CA, EU, etc.). This excludes refurbished electric scooters, products marked sale or discounted, and domestic customers located in Alaska.

Do I need to pay custom duties?

As we want to be as transparent as possible, goods that are purchased from overseas are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in some countries and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.

Unfortunately, as a small business, this is collected by your local government body and is out of our control. We are in this together with you and we want to communicate this to you clearly before the shipment leaves our facility. If you choose to cancel this order, we completely understand and would rather you do so then to get a small bill shock afterward.

Will I be charged tax?

Destination-based tax are required for all online sales. IRS requires us to collect sales tax for all online orders no matter where we ship to.

When do you ship out orders?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. This is where we prepare, pack, and conduct our standard quality checks before dispatching your order. There are no orders being shipped out during weekends.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the U.S. takes an average of 2-4 business days.

Orders outside of the U.S takes an average of 10-15 business days.

On acceptance of orders, VORO will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. VORO will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, VORO may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability. VORO only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


You ordered on a Wednesday. Your order is processed on Thursday and shipped out on Friday. Excluding the weekends (non-business days), your order is estimated to arrive any day from Tuesday - Thursday the following week.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you should receive a tracking number via email or sms. If you have not received it, do send your Order ID (####B) to From there, we will be assisting you.

Can I collect the order myself?

You can choose to collect it from our physical location in LA.

Do you offer extra protection during shipping?

Yes, we offer route protection with third-party provider, Route. They provides simple package tracking and order protection service at a small and reasonable cost.

How should I package my scooter for shipping if I need to return it?

If you have the original packaging, you should refit the scooter back into the box with the foam and cardboard inserts. If you are in the process of a return, let the team know if need a box or packaging materials. Here's a video demonstrating how to box an electric scooter for shipping.
