[Ordering] If I order online, will my information be safe?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted and we do not store any sensitive payment details on our servers.

[Ordering] Do you have discounts or promotions?

Yes, please sign up for our newsletter to receive notice when we're running a promotion.

[Ordering] When will you charge me for my order?

An authorisation hold is placed on your method of payment at the time the order is placed. We capture the funds at the time of fulfilment, which usually happens within 24-48 business hours.

[Ordering] What payment methods do you accept?

VORO MOTORS, Inc. securely accepts the following payment methods:VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal-Check, Debit Card, and EFT (through PayPal). All payments can only be processed by PayPal or Affirm at the moment, you can choose to place orders with or without using PayPal.

If you choose PayPal, please note that PayPal is completely free to use, with no account and no signup required. For more about PayPal, please see PayPal on Wikipedia and PayPal's website.You may also order from VORO MOTORS without using PayPal. For your protection, VORO does not store any financial information that customers enter.

Sensitive information is securely discarded after transmitting to clearing banks.

[Shipping] Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available for most countries. You will be presented with the shipping options once you fill up your shipping address on checkout.

[Shipping] Do you offer expedited shipping?

We can provide expedited shipping options for our items - We work with UPS to offer all types of shipping services. You can feel free to select expedited shipping when checking out. (Expedited shipping may not be offered to all countries).

[Shipping] Do I need to pay custom duties?

As we want to be as transparent as possible, goods that are purchased from overseas are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in some countries and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.

Unfortunately, as a small business, this is collected by your local government body and is out of our control. We are in this together with you and we want to communicate this to you clearly before the shipment leaves our facility. If you choose to cancel this order, we completely understand and would rather you do so then to get a small bill shock afterward.

[Shipping] Will I be charged tax?

Destination-based tax are required for all online sales. IRS requires us to collect sales tax for all online orders no matter where we ship to.

[Shipping] When do you ship out orders?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. This is where we prepare, pack, and conduct our standard quality checks before dispatching your order. There are no orders being shipped out during weekends.

[Shipping] How long does shipping take?

Orders within U.S. takes an average of 2-4 business days.

Orders outside of U.S takes an average of 10-15 business days.

This is just an estimated shipping time and does not take into consideration of natural disasters, pandemics, accidents and other unforeseeable events. Please do understand that shipping time is heavily reliant on couriers and we are unable to control it as well.

Important Note:
On acceptance of orders, VORO will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. VORO will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, VORO may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability. VORO only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


You ordered on a Wednesday. Your order is processed on Thursday and shipped out on Friday. Excluding the weekends (non-business days), your order is estimated to arrive any day from Tuesday - Thursday the following week.

For the most accurate arrival date of your order, do refer to your tracking number.

[Shipping] Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you should receive a tracking number via email or sms. If you have not received it, do send your Order ID (####B) to support@voromotors.com. From there, we will be assisting you.

[Shipping] Can I collect the order myself?

You can choose to collect it from our physical location in LA.

Please do arrange with us via call, email or chat support on the preferred date and time of collection (at least 1 day in advance). Unscheduled pickups will be turned away.
