Firstly, I’m not a person that gives online reviews, but I’ve been so impressed with Voro’s customer support I felt they deserved it. I received my new scooter and had a couple of issues (bent brake rotors and the throttle wouldn’t engage. I called customer support and they helped me troubleshoot and figure out the brake sensor needed to be adjusted. They provided me guidance on the call and managed to resolve that issue. They also shipped out replacement rotors. The scooter is working great, and they’ve been super responsive to any follow questions I’ve had. 100% recommend buying from Voro as good customer support is rare these days, and makes all the difference when you’re spending some decent money.
