Just got my SS 3.0 from Voro and the whole process has been stellar. Ordered online on Oct 23rd and got the bike delivered today. Every time I called, someone actually picked up. Even at night, Bridget from live chat was there to help. Setup was straightforward, no headaches. Honestly, can’t complain, smooth experience from start to finish.

Man, I just received the scooter today and it was a piece of art. Have not yet test drive it but i am sure I will forget how to walk, lol. The suspension make me feel like I was step on a cloud that is crazy.

💥 A few months after my 2nd scooter purchase, I had rear motor stutter. Online help chatted with me and by the end of the week I had a new $130 controller in my hands FREE of charge(except shipping), then a 2nd controller(FREE), then Throttle(FREE). $300 worth of parts FREE‼️ I am a mechanic and understand troubleshooting & it's not always the first or 2nd part that cures the problem. This company is great. The products are great fun and durable. I am gonna keep this sign me up for the 3vr EXTEND Warranty.
💥 And let's upgrade again & buy a 3rd Scooter. Flawless performance.
