🗞 Important note: If you have not received an email response from us yet, please understand that we are not avoiding your emails at all. We are excited that VoroMotors is exponentially growing, however, it’s a challenging transition phase to a much larger team and increased inventory by 10x over the span of 3 months. The demand for our products truly exceeded our expectations, leaving our stock depleted. Please be assured we are doing everything in our power to bring our response time back up again. What Kind Of Warranty Does VoroMotors Offer?

All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Does VoroMotors Offer Financing Options?

We partner with Affirm, Katapult, ShopPay, and Klarna for financing. You can set up payment plans to purchase one big-ticket item or multiple things, like a new electric scooter, helmet, and other necessities. For more information, please visit our Financing Page.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm PT, are processed and shipped out on the same business day as often as possible. Orders made after 3 pm PT will typically start processing and be shipped out the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Most electric scooter orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 2-4 business days. Estimated shipping time does not include any processing time or time required to clarify any further information required by the customer.

When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. This is where we prepare, pack, and conduct our standard quality checks before dispatching your order. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy Page.

What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.

Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. For more information, please visit our Returns and Exchange Policy Page.

Can I Test Ride An E-Scooter Before Purchasing?

Yes! We understand that for a high value purchase like this, you would want to see and feel the scooter. So, we decided to take it a step further and even create a chance for you to experience riding it before you make a decision. To schedule a test ride visit our Test Ride Page.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email/SMS once your order has shipped. The email/SMS will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
