All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. I have used Voro Motors twice. Once with a emove scooter that I broke going up our steep hills in Seattle. The scooter was repaired at voro motors and returned in the best condition with improved performance and reliability. The second time I used voro motors was when I upgraded my scooter level.
