What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. I received it promptly and in excellent condition. However I have another problem pending. I’m hoping you can assist me converting my King GT from the thumb throttle too the one using Mini Motors like my first one. I would rather do it with you than with out you guys. I also have a cable problem that must be corrected, it’s way too short I’ll send you pictures so you can see what I’m talking about. I have been sick for the past few weeks but it back now and need to get my scooter running. Sorry about that thumb thing it’s not for me I’m too small and don’t want to wait anymore. My old scooter was just fine and I know it works for me. Thanks you guys.
