All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Dualtron, and Inmotion electric scooters purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. When Can I Expect My Item To Be Shipped?

What If I Want To Return Or Exchange My Item?.
Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, E-scooters must have less than 10 miles of usage recorded by the device. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return. No spare parts & accessories can be returned after purchase unless damaged during shipping. Pretty Good..Only 3,1/2 stars!. Because the Storage bag functions well...Velcro straps are secure & strong ,Bag itself is a Saftey code Retro woven fabric that is Roomy & (STRONG), With a Front Smaller zipper compartment that contains a water resistant elastic embeded shower cover that securely covers entire bag. For rainy days... Now 4 The down side.. In the Vertical position strapped to my "Wolf King GTR" duel forlks ..The Bottom of the bag does not have a ridgid base for carrieng drinks, combo locks, lites,, tools ect.. So the bottom saggs & will Deffinetly tear over time & use..But overall "Good" not great!!..
